The hotel is very modern. the decoration adds character. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found safe code-operated lockers available for luggage storage, this was very reassuring. the room was quiet. I slept well.
the hot water took a while to come through, a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast offered a variety of options. I especially liked the fresh vegetables and homemade marmalade. gluten-free bread was also available, this was a plus. the breakfast area was clean and well-kept.

The location is excellent. It is right across from the train station. many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. various public transport options are nearby, this includes trams, buses, and metro lines.

i found a large SPAR supermarket next door REALLY convenient. the breakfast had many varieties and it was very good i appreciate that.
the room carpet had noticeable stains it was disappointing. hot water took quite a long time to come i had to wait.

stained carpetslow hot water
i wasn't pleased the room carpet had noticeable stains. it looked worn and not properly maintained. the hot water also took a while to come through the pipes, it was quite annoying to wait each time. customer service could have been more attentive to maintenance issues. the hotel should address these problems promptly to ensure a better guest experience.

The hotel's location is awesome. It is really close to the train station and the subway. i found good restaurants and bars super close by! my room faced the boulevard and it was unbelievably quiet because of amazing soundproofing. breakfast was really good!

The breakfast was great, with a variety of options. The staff were very helpful and quick to assist. Secure luggage storage was available and provided peace of mind. My room had a fridge, very convenient for storing drinks (especially during warm days).
